I'm not new to the blogging world but this is a new blog for me. When I first started blogging I was going to be a mommy blogger. I blogged about my journey to motherhood which wasn't the smoothest, then I was given the gift of being pregnant. That's where my blogging stopped. When I was 8 months pregnant I found out that my husband of 7+ years had an affair. It was probably the hardest thing I've dealt with in life. I've fought for my marriage ever since and unfortunately it just didn't make it. Now I'm moving on. A friend once called my daughter baggage, I don't mind the expression because many women think of their children as baggage, but my daughter is just a carry-on. I don't think of her as something that will keep me from anything, but as someone who I will endeavor to be a better person for. So from here on, I'll be blogging about my trips (I just moved to Germany), my crafting (it keeps me sane), my love (my daughter), and my life (all of the crazy ins and outs). I'd love for you to take this journey with me, so I invite you all to bring your carry-ons and hop aboard.
